Fields of Experience
Ray McKaskle has over 30 years of experience executing process engineering projects for clients in oil and gas, ethanol, electric power utility, petrochemical, semiconductor, and other industries. He serves as key account manager, project manager, and lead engineer for multiple clients and projects. Recent experience includes several capital projects for CO2 capture, purification, compression, pumping, and transportation systems at scale up to 285 MMscfd (5 million tonne/yr) and development and commercialization of a membrane-based, post-combustion CO2 capture system including an $86 MM, 150 tonne/day pilot system built and operated for one year at the Wyoming Integrated Test Center.
Mr. McKaskle performed and managed emissions testing projects at facilities across his industry experience base using both standard EPA-approved and specially developed testing protocols. He has firsthand experience leading and participating in numerous product composition, flow rate, and emissions measurement projects.
With more than six years of process engineering experience in the semiconductor industry, Mr. McKaskle has also developed expertise in complex troubleshooting of existing processes, process reactors, and abatement systems. He is a proven performer in systematic and statistically based troubleshooting and root cause analysis of process and reactor issues.
